Methods of Calculation

The NGA Factors allow for different levels of accuracy:

• Method A (Best): actual litres purchased (from fuel card reports).
• Method B (Okay): kilometers travelled x average fuel consumption.
• Method C (Estimate): total fuel spend / average price per litre.

Tips for Easy Reporting

If you use fuel cards (Shell, BP, Ampol), simply download your annual statement. It will sum up total Unleaded and Diesel litres. Enter these two numbers into the Carbon Data Registry for an instant, compliant result.
